Mathis Fillon is one of the co-owners of Pizza Salvatoré in Plessisville, a well-established location within its community. In addition to his day-to-day operational role, Mathis is responsible for scheduling a team of about twenty employees. For a long time, he used a custom-built Excel file to manage schedules, combined with scattered communications over Facebook Messenger.
