What are subprocessors?
Subprocessors are third-party software, associations, or actors that we rely upon and that may have access or process data. These subprocessors help us improve or outright enable us to deliver our products in the ways described below.
ADP
ADP is a payroll software. An integration between Agendrix and CGI lets our users sync some of their data and easily import their timesheets.
Aircall
Aircall is a cloud-based call center software. We use Aircall to manage phone communication with our clients.
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services is a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. offering a large array of cloud computing-related services. We use Amazon Web Services’s hosting service to store various data relating to Agendrix.
Anthropic
Anthropic develops Claude, a large language model (LLM) trained using artificial intelligence. We rely on Anthropic’s services to develop some of our features and enable users to analyze data within them.
BigQuery
BigQuery is a data warehouse. We use BigQuery to analyze data related to the use of Agendrix.

Calendly is a cloud-based scheduling software. We use Calendly to schedule client meetings.

Capterra is a platform for discovering and reviewing business software solutions. We use Capterra as an external feedback tool, and also to allow potential Agendrix users to explore reviews and comments from our current users.

Cello is a referral program management platform. We use Cello to automate our internal referral program for our users.

Cloudflare is a content delivery and application security service. We use Cloudflare to host our website and ensure its security.

Convert is an A/B testing tool. We use Convert to improve how we communicate and present information on our website through A/B page version testing.
