What are Subprocessors?
Subprocessors are third party software used by Agendrix which have or may have access to or processes data. Agendrix works with several subprocessors to perform a number of different functions, as outlined below.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics is a website and application traffic analytics service. We use Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager to better understand and follow the browsing habits of our website visitors and application users. For these purposes, Google Analytics uses cookies, which provide insights on visitors’ habits.
Google Maps
Google Maps is a web mapping service. We use Google Maps to display maps in the Agendrix application. Addresses entered by users in the Agendrix application are sent to Google.
Intercom
Intercom is a company offering a client-centric messaging platform. We use a number of Intercom products to communicate with our clients, facilitate their registration, and provide support. For these purposes, non-sensitive data collected in the Agendrix application are sent to Intercom.
SendGrid
SendGrid is an email messaging platform. We use SendGrid to automatically send emails from the Agendrix application. For this purpose, users’ email addresses and the contents of emails are sent to SendGrid.
Amazon Web Services
Amazon Web Services is a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc. offering a suite of cloud computing-related services. We use Amazon Web Services’s hosting service to store data, such as databases, pictures, documents, etc.All of our client data are stored at the Montreal Amazon Web Services data center.
Twilio
Twilio is a cloud communication platform. We use Twilio’s application programming interface to send user text messages through the Agendrix application and support Agendrix’s phone clocking feature. For this purpose, phone numbers and the contents of messages are sent to Twilio.
Facebook is a networking application operated by Facebook, Inc. We use Facebook’s single sign-on features to provide our users with a simple way of connecting to the Agendrix application. For this purpose, we only redirect users to the Facebook application; no data are sent to Facebook. Furthermore, we use Facebook’s notification feature to allow Agendrix’s application to transmit certain information to users. For this purpose, the contents of notifications are sent to Facebook.
Stripe
Stripe is a company offering a web-based payment management platform. We use Stripe to manage client payments. For this purpose, billing and credit card information are sent to Stripe.
Slack
Slack is a team collaboration and project management software. We use Slack as an internal communication tool. For this purpose, messages containing non-sensitive information (e.g. user name, email address, etc.) about our users are sent to Slack.
Branch
Branch is a deep link generation platform. We use branch to redirect users to the relevant Agendrix version based on access methods. For this purpose, we only redirect users to the Branch servers seamlessly; no data are sent to Branch.
OneSignal
OneSignal is a push notification service. We use OneSignal to send notifications to Agendrix users. For these purposes, non-sensitive data collected in the Agendrix application used to send notifications are sent to OneSignal.
AppSignal
AppSignal is an application error monitoring service. We use AppSignal to monitor Agendrix’s web application and manage related errors. For these purposes, non-sensitive data collected in the Agendrix application used to send notifications are sent to AppSignal.
Firebase
Firebase is a suite of hosting services. We use Firebase to monitor Agendrix’s web application and manage related errors. For these purposes, non-sensitive data collected in the Agendrix application used to send notifications are sent to Firebase.
Pingdom
Pingdom is a website control platform operated by SolarWinds, Inc. We use Pingdom to measure the speed of the Agendrix client website. For this purpose, upon connecting, the connection method used and the pages visited on the Agendrix website are sent to Pingdom.
Aircall
Aircall is a cloud-based call center software. We use Aircall to manage phone communication with our clients. For this purpose, non-sensitive data (e.g. name, email address, phone number, metadata, etc.) about our clients are sent to Aircall.
Pipedrive
Pipedrive is a customer relationship management software. We use Pipedrive to manage our sales operations. For this purpose, non-sensitive data (e.g. name, street address, email address, phone number, messages, metadata, etc.) about our clients are sent to Pipedrive.
Calendly
Calendly is a cloud-based scheduling software. We use Calendly to schedule client meetings. For this purpose, non-sensitive data (e.g. name, email address, phone number, metadata, etc.) about our clients are sent to Calendly.
Zapier: Calendly + Pipedrive
Zapier is a task automation service. We use Zapier to integrate Calendly and Pipedrive. For this purpose, non-sensitive data (e.g. name, email address, phone number, metadata, etc.) about our clients are sent to Zapier.
SEMrush
SEMrush is a website traffic analytics service. We use SEMrush to better understand the browsing habits of our website visitors. For this purpose, SEMrush uses cookies, which provide insights on visitors’ habits.
Mixpanel
Mixpanel is a website and application behavior analysis service. We use Mixpanel to better understand how users employ our services so as to improve the user experience. For these purposes, Mixpanel uses cookies, which provide insights on visitors’ habits.
AnnounceKit
AnnounceKit is an in-app message publishing software. We use AnnounceKit to brief our users regarding product and services updates as well as to share relevant news. For these purposes, the interface language selected by the user in Agendrix is sent to AnnounceKit.
Retently
Retently is an automated user survey platform. We use Retently to gather user feedback about our software and services. For these purposes, the user's email address, first and last name, company name, title, and location are sent to Retently.
Typeform
Typeform is an online form building software. We use Typeform to collect information as part of our Developer portal/API sign-up process. For this purpose, applicants must submit non-sensitive data (e.g. company name, full name, email address, phone number, etc.) on the Typeform platform.
