Sébastien Charland is a CPA and holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke. In 2016, he left his job as Account Director at Travelers Canada to join his childhood friends, who were then launching a company called Agendrix. In 2020, he became Chief Financial Officer, a role he held until he left the company in 2026. His interest in KPIs and organizational psychology also led him to get involved in human resources management. 📊🎓🧠
