How do employees submit expense requests in Agendrix?

Employees open the Expenses tab in the Agendrix mobile app and snap a photo of their receipt. Agendrix reads the receipt automatically and fills in the amount, date, and merchant name. The employee confirms the details, selects an expense type, and submits. The request reaches the manager right away, with the receipt attached. No separate account or tool is required.

How does a manager approve and reimburse expenses?

Managers see all pending expense requests in a single list within Agendrix. They can review the receipt and details, then approve or decline each request with one click. Once the reimbursement is processed, they mark the request as reimbursed. The employee is notified at each step.
